Shrestha House

This project combines street-facing commercial utility with comfortable residential living: the ground floor houses four shuttered shop units, while the top floor contains a fully furnished 2BHK apartment. KTS Builders delivered an end-to-end solution, from architectural planning and structural work to interior finishing and furnishing. The design integrates sustainable features such as rainwater harvesting and solar energy systems, demonstrating a balance of functionality, comfort, and responsibility.
